Mr. Mays can be engaged by property owners to review the public record for “red flags” as to potential contractors, and by contractors to perform the same service as to subcontractors.

In appropriate cases, Mr. Mays will consult on asset discovery in contested equitable distribution matters, helping to identify concealed and unusual assets.
